never again will I publish my book through a publisher, in 2011 35 million ipads will be sold, that is 35 million people just eager to read a book on ibookstore, think about it!!

Thanks for this guys. Aside from the advantages vs. disadvantages of self-publishing, do you find there's some kind of bias toward fiction or non-fiction when it comes to self-publishing.

@whitehorsekds You should consider first The "Self-Publishing Advantages and Disadvantages" and weighing the benefits against the potential drawbacks. Do a lot of research and find the answer.
