Part Two of home videos of the Cherryland Eagles Motorcycle Club motorcycle hillclimbs in Northern Michigan. This hillclimb was 1959 at Copemish, Michigan, and I wish there was sound on the old videos, I'd love to hear those old motors. Check out http://www.usedbikeforum.com

  • thanks for sharing the hill looks like its in traverscity mi. maybee off 115 i could be wrong i was a little kid

  • Nope, not TC. Not off 115 either. I am certain this is down by Muskegon. Thanks for posting.

  • If that were a real hill there would be more brit bikes I bet. Dressers are enthusiastic though! awesome clip. Can you imagine HD riders going out Sunday these days on thier dressers? Nah those days are gone I think.

  • There were probably more Brit bikes than shown. My dad was a Harley nut, so he probably saved his expensive 8mm film for the Harleys. Thanks for posting!

  • my grandfather was a hillclimber back in the 60s and my dad did to in the 80's

  • The sign at the end of this video is in my garage, my hubby Earl Moss is a charter member of this club.

  • Great vid.

  • Hill-larious, like jumping on a fatboy or rubbermount today and pretending it's a dirt bike. They can barely make it up a gradual slope. That's what made Knievel so great, the fact that he could jump that heavy iron junk and live.

  • Wouldn't love to go back in time and show up on the line with a modern dirt bike.

  • dale dines jim towers jim sears lou gerencer maybee ollie johnson ect.. wonder who won. thanks for posting what a gem

  • I was just being a Britbike nut no worries. KR's would and did make great hillclimbers. Nice footage thanks for taking the time. Actually thought it was found stock footage, you have a gem there!

  • maybee egypt vally knap street my dad broke his leg there shot over the string and had no time easily fast time of the day
