I don't think it was too bad. Just a couple screws. I'm not sure if I needed longer screws for the axles when I changed the wheels. I think I used some longer ones and nuts that I had hanging around.

I posted this video in response to a review I saw on this plane. It was done by a couple guys who's reviews I really enjoy, but in this case I just disagreed with their assertion that this plane requires a long take-off distance.
