For the love of me I can't find it anywhere, but I heard that the rifles pointing up at the rotors is an calculated error, and that it's standard procedure to aim the rifles down towards the floor (Though I understand it was pointed up for dramatic effect).

@Gingrnut I don't think that first went out of control, I think the warning sound was because the windshield got breached. And do pilots sit on the right side? I don't know.

As for the second one, maybe its rear rotor got hit, making it spin out horizontally? -shrug- Well, mistakes aside, it surely achieved its purpose in stirring some sort of emotion in the viewer, with the music and the location.

@CodeKyuubi There's a few mistakes in this video. You'll notice that when the pilot of one helicopter gets shot, it goes out of control, and then we see the other one seemingly go out of control all by itself, and then they crash together... it doesn't make much sense :L
