  • my mate who does sprint running wants to buy one of these, would he use the heaviest tension bands in all area's ?

  • @Perspar1 It all depends on how big he is, how strong he is lower body and upper body and how much he weighs. If you could tell me that then we will pin point the resistance he would need to get the edge. Thank You, Team MASS

  • Yes I had the race. After 3 weeks of training with the Mass Suit I cut my mile time by 46 seconds. I didn't really mean to do that. I was about 2 weeks from the 100 mile race. I was looking for more endurance. With 100 miles the first 50 was good but the second 50 is always the hardest part. It did give me an edge for sure with quicker leg speed and more endurance
