On Sunday 25 April in Sydney's Northern Beaches of Long Reef and Dee Why, "The Impossibles" will be raising money for Breast Cancer.
It will be one of many training runs for an attempt to run 650 km across the Simpson Desert in July and is our first fund raiser and we would love to have as many people at the start to cheer us on and to help us raise money for a great cause - Breast Cancer.
We will be running in Budgie Smugglers and Gum Boots from Long Reef to Dee Why - along the beach.
Why smugglers and gummys one might ask...the smugglers have been in the news a lot lately havent they Mr Abbott.
And who can forget one of Australias best long distance runners,Cliffy Young and his gumboots in the potato fields
We will be leaving from Long Reef north car park (near the Golf Club) at 1pm so before you head off to celebrate Anzac day - come out and cheer us on (or join us) and help raise some money for breast cancer.
If you want to walk or run with us on this we would love to have you out there with us in your budgies or swimmers (gals) and your gum boots and a smile.. It will be lots of fun and for a really good cause.
If you are not able to make it - then you can donate on the web site www.multimarathon.com
