Carrie Underwood, vocal vegetarian and member of the HSUS, was the booked entertainment at the 2006 National FFA Convention held in Indianapolis, IN. HSUS main goal is to abolish animal agriculture. This video was once removed either by FFA or Carrie Underwood management. It's time to unveil it once again! :)
@DaleDixieMafia payless even has pleather man-made shoes and many places have canvas sneakers. Its not that hard, 1000's of options in grocery and shopping stores today, just takes some effort at first. I lived in Texas and NYC most of my life and traveled alot, things are changing - for the better of all mammals and ourselves!

@DaleDixieMafia Also, the government tradition of subsidizing or helping fund this unhealthy cooked flesh while healthy food is more costly. Heart disease is the leading killer of millions and animal products (cholesterol/saturated fats) are a main cause, killing our health care system. Look up the movie Forks over Knives. Also the environmental impacts and factory farms (meatvideo dotcom) and movie Food Inc! Much more to it-while humans go hungry animals inefficiently well fed our corn/grains

@DaleDixieMafia Protein, no! I actually did alot of body building in the past, that is the most overhyped myth. Some of the best natural body builders, olympians, ufc fighters, nfl players etc are vegetarian or vegan, look up the video - search vegetarian athletes. Better ways to make a living, grow the crops. It would also benefit our health care system (my thin and fit father had a heart attack at 42 and sick triple bypass surger (look up videos) his dietician/dr said go veg). Continued

@VeganMotorcyclePilot Where do you get your protein or amino acids?Where do you get your shoes? What happens to the 1% of America who make a living off of animal agriculture, do you support the decline in jobs, and our terrible economy?

Wow. That person that posted the comment about Carrie being booed off stage and crying is crazy. They took a small truth and turned it into a huge lie. A few of my friends were actually there and Carrie was not booed off the stage. She got JOKINGLY booed. She never left crying. And she never got booed for a stupid rain comment. When they jokingly booed her about not eating meat she even laughed and joked about it while it was happening.

@Skabur123 "why slaughter a horse, when very few people eat it? Waste." If very few people eat it, then the meat would not be bought, slaughter houses would lose money and wouldn't slaughter as horses... considering they still are slaughtering, it means there still is a demand. If we did have very few people who eat it, we would have very few horses slaughtered.

@blondeslig We should grow cops and evolve rather than eating unncessary cooked flesh and wearing the skins still. I do eat farmers crops though, that is good, healthier, better for the environment and more efficient at reducing world hunger rather than inefficiently feeding them to the animals.

@countryfuntime HSUS extreme? Animal Abuses on Factory Farms = Extreme! They have no issues with pet ownership, but want people to adopt first so less are enuthanized. Regardless you dont have to agree with all the views of anyone or any group to see its wrong and unncessary today. Check out MercyforAnimals (dot) org then!

@VeganMotorcyclePilot Really? Its not necessary to grow crops and evolve? If farmers stop growing crops, what the hell do you plan to eat? What products can you purchase for nourishment at your grocery store that are not grown by farmers? I'd like to see a list please..................
