The income tax is legal, and Congress does not have to apportion the revenue to the states. The Sixteenth Amendment authorized Congress to collect an income tax in 1913. Federal tax money cannot be used to fund or subsidize abortions except under very limited circumstances.

16th wasn't properly ratified. Income tax is a direct tax. Those who voted it in vacated their office when they broke their oath to protect & defend the constitution since they committed insurrection against their chair.

I never agree that the income tax is "legal". I just pay it because I don't want people to point guns at me or my family.

How is private insurance not the same as socialism? If you stay healthy and don't use your health insurance and I get very sick and use all mine then the Insurance company is going to use your health dollars on my sickness.

Private insurance isn't MANDATING my family get insurance that we don't believe in, under threat of IRS fine / imprisonment if we don't pay the fine.

So you have 5 kids and no health Insurance? How do you pay for injuries in your family? What if one of your kids gets a bad cut do you stitch them up?

My point is private health insurance will use my health dollars on people that are sick. I don't get a refund if I don't use it.

You claim to be a person that believes in Jesus and his father yet you fear the very place they gave you to enjoy. You think your guns will save you but those weapons will get you picked up first.

@CosmosPrivateer I keep catastrophic insurance on the kids, and have NO health insurance for myself. We have yet to ever use the insurance on them. If they get a cut, we give them steri-strips. We believe in NATURAL MEDICINE, which is our right.

The government is forcing us at gunpoint to get mandatory health insurance that they feel is good enough for them.

I don't fear the place Yeshua (Jesus) gave us, I fear the luciferian freemansons who run the country.

Look, if you VOLUNTARILY give money to a corporation that then gives money to inner city schools, you consider that socialism?

When you are COMPELLED to do it by the government, and the corporation is FORCED to give money to inner city schools by the government THEN it's socialism.

Maybe I won't feel the need to have an insurance company. Maybe, instead, I'd just save money. Maybe I'd get together with a group of friends, buy tax deferred bonds, and write up an agreement on what constitutes a medical emergency, and create a pool for medical expenses - except the government doesn't allow that, they consider ALL money transactions taxable unless you're a big company...

Anyone can walk in a hospital and get treated now, and I'm fine with that, but to insure their every health need, when they can budget for it themselves, is not my responsibility. Once you start saying "everyone needs essential services" then the scope of what's "essential" grows. A house, college, health insurance, what's next, cellphones and cable TV? It's not about "selfish".
