Yeah.. I think it's supposed to be at their shoulders when they're sitting. o.O But as long as there's someone there with the baby, I guess it shouldn't matter.

how do those work? like for crying babies i mean? my daughter is almost 3 months old and she screams her head off when i try ti give her a bath so i tried taking a bath with her and she still screams. Idk what to do! D: Ima First times mom
