Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements: Bad Medicine

This video is just to enlighten some people about the major flaws in The Comparative Guide. I'm adding this in the hopes that other people will recognize that it is not scientific and is in fact completely biased. I was taken aback by how Today Tonight simply repeated what was written in The Guide and executed no journalistic discretion or integrity. If you actually start asking questions about USANA you'll start to see it for what it really is.

@ GJHMMR.... a pyramid is a pyramid... duh?!?!, the way it works through recruiting w/ uplines and downlines.... the figure itself is a pyramid, their own USANA distributors even gave powerpoints of a pyramidal figure of the compensation plan....

thus implying it's a scheme of a pyramid, where from top is finding more people underneath to screw over

@UsanaRocks, it's rare for a 79 year old to be on the computer and on youtube. and what are you refering to when you are thanking USANA for? as for being very vague, you are probably implying USANA helps your MS? if you were to be diagnose w/ MS then there is no cure for MS but there are treatments to slow the process. if you understand MS, then your own immune system are at the point of the destruction of neurons => your motor ability will decrease (let alone arguing w/ cognitive ability)

@xcoolcai Go to the Facebook group Anti-USANA and go to their discussion section and look for the topic "USANA and the Comparative Guide".  The sources are listed there.

Every product that is in there has been tested in the lab of Usana in the cell cultures, but they cannot say that because it turns into a shit show and they don't need that.

Oh, by the way, I am an Isagenix distributor, so I have nothing to gain from endorsing Usana, but if you took the time to truely research instead of trying to defend the money you spent on the company you are in, you just might learn something of value.

@Gxylon Here are some facts

- The publication is not independent - a number people involved in developing the marking criteria are related to USANA.

- Others involved in developing the marking criteria have been exposed as having phony credentials.

- No testing was done on any of the products listed in the book.

- The endorsements on the back are all from people related to USANA

- There is a financial incentive in portraying USANA as the best.

These are facts which can not be disputed.

@Gxylon If what you say is true then I fear greatly for the field of medicine in the Philippines. That's if what you say is true and I don't believe it is.

@HGMercury8077 I did not failed to metion the school because there are lots of school that uses the book here in the philippines. Why not check it out. If yo think it is really hard to decipher as you've said. its this simple .... the company pays a lot of money for marketing and research and the company will give a law suit to anyone who destroys their name. why not try publishing your article to the newspaper to see if the author will not place a libel suit on you just for fun.

You've probably read the book because you're a USANA Distributor and have had the book pushed on you by your upline and you now use it to sell your business to other people who fail to see the dramatic flaws in this opinion piece.

@HGMercury8077 I dont think my message is hard to decipher. Try getting a ore intelligent person to read it then and he will understand what I said. I guess when you said opinion that is just your opinion. the pharmacy students that used the books.... why don't you do your research because a lot of them uses it. If these people are fraud then they should have a court case.... and international one since this is an international book and I am not in US nor Canada and yet I have read the books.
