Pachelbel's Canon played on hydraulophone by composer+hydraulist Ryan Janzen, on Sunday 2007 September the 16th, as part of the Baldwin Village street festival. Baldwin Street was closed off to vehicular traffic between Beverly and McCaul.

  • hydraulophones make sound from vibrations, turbulence, or vortex shedding in water, but the manner in which the lightness of touch is possible is in transition from trade secret to patent (a number of patents have been filed).
