  • this is not a W

  • man do those tts voices suck compared to the non tts voices. i just got one myself and can't stand the crap quality of the tts.

  • thats not the 255w, the 'W' means widescreen.

  • Yes it's great for many things except that is will not compute the best way to multiple destinations. Which is nothing short of utterly astonishingly disappointing and in my opinion makes this a pass. Don't even bother. I hate this piece of junk and have had buyers regret since I discovered this shortcoming. I'm still angry that I spent $97 on this thing I think it was $97 too many. If you already know where you're going aand are only going to one destination then it is great.

  • Where do you get Philippine maps?

  • @Teknakill yep, i figured it out awhile back thanks.

  • @redneck500 reading the instructions might help, if you don't have them look for a DL online, or the Garmin site.

  • @redneck500 your welcome

  • ty :)

  • @redneck500 go to tools, settings, language, voice, if you see this (tts) that means speak street name. you need usb to connect to the pc. i hope this help you out
