purely? not true, most of the ppl know this is designed by foreign architect together with a chinese architect firm, this info are all on the government website. this reporter has to stop spitting shits from the wrong hole.

you dont know how pretty and friendly china is before youve been there.. i was there last summer omfg there was no polution at all in beijing which i was told by cnn and bbc that there were so much. i could see the blue sky and the sun..

Typical ignorant response. Everything in China is built to massive scales because it has to cater for a nation of over 1.3 billion people who all take up resources. The level of growth China experiences demands that massive infrastructure projects like this airport, the 3 Gorges Dam, the railway 'over the world' to link Tibet with China, and the north-south canals to give Beijing water supplies, are huge.
