I never understood one thing. Beast Man can control all beasts but he never once tried to control Cringer/Battle-Cat. I think it would be nice asset to Skeletor's goals.

Skeletor thought Hordak returned to conquer Eternia? First, how could he do it since he came alone? Number two, Skeletor didn't know that Horde has conquered many galaxies across universe and that they have no need for Eternia. Hordak has become master of the universe while Skeletor is still trying to do it. Hordak got together much more comeptent helpers then Skeletor did and did it.
