Sesame Street had been showing disco sketches (as well as numerous other sketches from the 60s/70s) all the way into the late 80s. I guess they figured 5 & 6-year-olds don't have a sense of what's "modern" vs. "dated."

This is from the episode where Forgetful Jones forgets the name of the show he's on (that's *really* bad!) Anyway, to answer your question, there's an Ernie sketch where there's a mailman trying to deliver a letter to Mr. Abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz, and another one where Ernie bugs Bert, who is trying to go to sleep, and some others, but apparently Disco Toothbrush is the rarest one.
