Gustus Bozarth Homeless Man Saves US Flag.flv

An El Paso security camera caught Gustus Bozarth rescuing the American flag, which had fallen in a storm. The videotape showed Mr. Bozarth in a driving rain, carefully folding the flag military-style, on the hood of a pick-up truck, and then leaving it and the pole in a safe place on the property.

"The owner of the flag is METI Inc., a federal contracting company. According to their spokesperson, METI has had a "heart warming" response to the story, with offers to help with donations. KFOX is also working with an agency to provide aid." And ABC (MSM) did a study and found Republicans give 30 % more to charities.

@ HigherPlanes I found the story on a blog I read. I doubt it will get much coverage, certainly not on our Main Stream Media, they are far too busy being cheerleaders and being complicit in Obama's radical socialistic transformation of America. I've never been to Canada, but I hope to travel there someday.

I can't imagine what it is like to be homeless; if things keep going the way they are, many of us might get the opportunity to experience it. For this man to have so much love for his Country, to respect the Flag so much brings tears to me. I think it's a wonderful story amid all the horrors and tragedies that fill the news today. Precisely why I posted it.

the beautiful site of humanity,people want to feed him for a year blah blah blah.The guy has been homless for years so where was the helping hand then .THERE WAS NONE,the guy has done anything he could to survive on the streets,while all these people who are now offering help walked on by without a second thought.They care more about a piece of cloth with a certain pattern,than there fellow man.

I don't remember when we tried to "capitalize" on his actions. When did we do that? This video certainly doesn't show it. I thought we were trying to give him nation-wide attention for his great deed. Also, we SHOULD own the word because we conservatives are a helluva lot more patriotic than you pussy liberals. Once again conservatives are trying to capitalise on other people's acts and pretending to "own" the word patriotic. Probably having been made uncomfortable at the true sight of it rather than just buying cheap stickers from wall mart.

Of course other times, when it comes to actually helping the homeless then they are just "parasites" who "don't get a job because they don't want to".
