this food maybe disgusting and ur wondering y these food is able to be called "food" . the reason why people are obese by eating this is because they eat it almost everyday !!!! this can be called food because it is healthy in such a way where u eat it in moderations like once or twice a week.. that would be 'ok' ... if eaten like what jamie oliver says ... from very young till elementary... that could lead to obesity... my school serves us chicken nuggets once a week because we are aware

in my school we allways had a buffet of things to chose from, plus a vegetarian option. aaand we allso had bread and uhm, sour milk or file-milk, i don't know how to pronounce it. plus for drinks we had 2 different milks to chose from and ofc water.

this was in a school in stockholm about 10 years ago, i don't know if schools still have these buffet thingys but they should.eating in school is important even if it's just about a peace of bread.

@gunfuego We were lucky, the schools I went to were the ones that provided food for several other schools. Lunches always cane with a handful of salad,and we were rarely served fries or tatertots.that's not to say the burgers weren't strangely speckled with blue,green,red and white specks we all tried to pick out.The"pizza"was made there,as it was the way leftovers were served again.Spaghetti was ok, the rolls were whole grain,all in all decent food.Doubt it's as good now.

@v3nato lol that's what you think, at my schools everything was assembled in house, example the base ingredients were preprocessed like the taco meat already packaged, and the pizza came as a big square that needed just needed to be cut to portions... it may look fresh or prepared in house at times but school cooks are masters of deception....

@iHeartshushix3 At my high school in West Virginia (one of the fastest US States) we are only required to have 1 gym credit. We have no outside activities and they still feed us that crap. Why do they not know why we are fat? It is their own freekin' fault and they have done nothing to fix the problem. Child hood obesidy(probably spelled that wrong) is a magor problem in the US. it's just like with everything else and it starts at an early age.
