  • your lower back rounds. mine used to do that too. it was hard but i left my ego behind, practiced with empty bar technique only,stretches, mobility work and such and no problems with form now. luckily i fixed that before i had any injuries. you should do that too. no need to reinforce faulty movement patterns.
