Apparently, when YOU hold an AR-15, it's an "assault rifle." But magically, if you hand that same rifle to an armed government homeland security enforcer, it instantly transforms itself into a "personal defense weapon."

Another ineffective, senseless piece of reactionary legislation that won't do anything. I swear, if the politicians went after the 1st Amendment like they go after the 2nd, there'd be outrage. In the end, this is what they voted for. Pro-freedom New Yorkers should move elsewhere where the Constitution still means something. The rest of them can sit in their high tax rates and filth.
