@Bak3dB3an Uhhh, planche pushups on your fingertips are soooo much harder. Your center of gravity is so far away from your hands you have to compensate with more muscle. Vertical pushups the balancing takes a lot less energy. This coming from somebody who can do both, so I know what I'm talking about.

dude vertical isnt that hard, a lot of ppl can do hand stands, go down a little and come back up, being flat is harder, cuz u need muscles in ur abdominal area and legs also to keep them up
