It is my understanding that (a) this is private property, and (b)35 feet of height is already allowed there. If one was driving on the isthmus as shown in one of the artist renderings, you would still be blocked from the view of the Capital if the buildings had the maximum height allowed. Also, that shot from the dock at Marathon Park is also misleading in that Gov. Locke is speaking of "blocking the view of the Capital" - but the view is of the isthmus, which is in the opposite direction.
