The supplier said it was not possible to super cool water in the rig we had, but we are so stubborn we did it anyways :)

This is a bottle of store bought water chilled down to -8.2 celcius without freezing...

the water does not freeze until we disrupt the molecular flow of the water by smashing it against the side of the freezer

  • the water is supercooled, because the molecules in the water is kept in motion past the freezingpoint, when the bottle is agitated the molecules stop and freezes instantly and does not expand.

Also when you freeze things like fish or meat, the molecules are kept agitated the same way, making it possible to freeze products without cell damage and with minimal loss of quality.

  • The water molecules are kept vibrating to prevent them from freezing. Gee, what could possibly vibrate water molecules? Could it be a microwave?! Yes, this is a combo freezer-microwave, which allows you to freeze food without the sharp ice crystals damaging the cellular wall of food.

  • if you squrited that into your mouth would it turn to ice ???

  • Why the bottle did not crack?

    When water freezes it expands...

  • sir how much is the cas?

  • cool story brah
