  • Sure can, zone 9b-ish is non stop gardening. Summers gets to be long, hot and humid so only a few tropical vegetables do really well.

     Winters very rarely frost and almost never hard freeze. So some floating row covers and we're set. Late Fall/Winter/Early Spring is the "cool" season for the greens, brassicas and most root veggies. Plus there is two "Summer" seasons, Early Fall and again in Spring for the regular warm season veggi like tomatoes, cukes, beans and the like. And Fruit!

  • That's amazing. It's even more amazing the bugs and critters haven't attacked the veggies in the front yard.
