  • I know some people who are actually pron performers... They're all required to get regular STD tests and bring them to the set as proof that they're not infected with something. >_>

  • @AylinIsAwesome Exactly.

  • Empowering labour only works when labour agrees with the regulations in question. Porn performers should be consulted about what would improve their work conditions.

People like you are the reason why in some areas the speed cameras went offline, guess what? Going back on because of a huge increase in accidents....

That is the argument of the ignorant my friend, have you lived in a country without road traffic laws? I have, have you lived in 1 without seatbelts? I have, theres a reason i didnt like being on the roads there.

As for "seatbelts make people drive more stupidly", thats the most pathetic argument i have ever heard, its like saying "brushing my teeth makes me want to drink more soda".

  • @Akatam0t0ma

Subjective assessment backed by decades of research, development and statistical analysis you mean?

As for "no reason blah blah"

As the saying goes, a person is smart, people are stupid". And its not just "that person" its the poor fuck in the other car who gets smashed in the face by the flying body too.

  • @MitchofSmeg:

Besides, those laws cause an offsetting behavior which causes people to drive more recklessly, so not only the claim that they are "vital" is pure a subjective emotionalistic assertion, but it is also highly disputable by studies even if one happens to subjectively agree with it.

  • @MitchofSmeg:

    " they are vital"

That's just your personal subjective assessment and opinion. If they are indeed vital as you say, there's no reason you can't convince people to abide by them voluntarily without the use of the threat of force by government. Government is not your mommy and daddy.

  • @Akatam0t0ma AMEN.

  • @Akatam0t0ma

They are very different, seatbelt laws are there because they are vital, have you lived in a country without those laws? I did, i saw a great many children and adults thrown through windows or into the back of seats (crushing the person in front), to say they are on the same level is silly, those seatbelt laws save god knows how many every day, they are vital to a safe world, its not like making laws on sex because sex doesnt involve a high chance of killing people.
