Come on Oliver - I like Rivne too - but the best city ever??? I don't think so!!!! The trams are 50 years old, the swimming pool only opens in winter, the park is full of weeds, service in shops and restaurants is bloody awful. Corruption and crime are everywhere and there is a bar and brothel next to a monument to Jews who were killed by the Nazis. I met wonderful friends in Rivne, but the best city ever - no way!!! How about giving us a list of the cities you've visited!
