This is fake, what about when the tenant claims to have work and then the landlord find out the tenant committed fraud as he is not at work and actually claiming Housing Benefit. Then under local government rule the housing benefit is paid to the tenants to pay their landlord, however the tenant do not pay the landlord, destroys the property by kicking wall, hammering the wall and breaking windows, in some cases making it a drug den or a prostitution brothel, neither pays the rent. Thats fair
