More than 2.3 million American homeowners faced foreclosure proceedings last year, an 81 percent increase from 2007, and more than one in five of those households were in California. (Jan. 15)

  • The traunces of mortgage pool investors, lenders, underwriters, brokers, and yes real estate agents set up and took part in the liar loans. And then told the media that the home owners are doing all the lying..

    And now their planning to sell foreclosed notes to new investors at a super low price and allowing them to go after the foreclosed person for the rest.

    Talk about mind control and creating ways for citizen to battle against citizen.
