@Johnlindsey289 yes. i have seen a couple of copies in some goodwill stores. and it's animated by TMS who is also the same company who animated Lupin the 3rd, Sonic X and Batman The Animated Series.

This is one of the hardest games to beat I have ever played in my life! Playing this as a kid I couldn't beat it, now after 17 years I finally tracked it down and beat it. It was still really really difficult!
