Hey Buddy
If you are having trouble getting infront of women and stopping them I recommend using a pre-opener. A pre-opener that I like to use is: When I'm stopping women the first thing that I ask them is if they are from my town/city (in your case London). I say this in such a way that women think I'm asking for directions. ALL PEOPLE INCLUDING WOMEN WOULD STOP TO HELP SOMEONE FOR DIRECTIONS. It's common curtousy. After they've stopped you can then go into your opener. Hope this helped.
