@magikalme Why, exactly, the writers didn't utilize the plot-line that had two Johns to explore their relationship, I'll never know.

Maybe it had something to do with the fact that, knowing in advance that one would eventually die, and seeing as how they intended him to eventually be with Aeryn, they didn't want to burden Chiana's character with the loss.

@steveb0503 Yes, totally agree. However, I kinda wish there was an episode devoted to how it could have been if John were in love with Pip and how much more that changed Pip's life, even if it were like in some parallel universe.

Until she met John, the fact that he wont just frell her is part of why she's so drawn to him, he treats her more like the little sister she was never allowed to be. But I like to believe if things had not worked out with Aeryn, these two would have had a good chance. =-)

From far to young an age Chiana was thrust into a universe that even adults would find harsh she had to fight, run, and at times use her body to survive. also its easy to infer that shes been raped more than a few times in her life, she was never allowed to just be a teenaged girl. When she should have been treated like a child people treated her like a piece of ass.
