apparently people are most interested in tea party members calling people niggers(BEFORE YOU FLAG MY COMMENT OR SOMETHING NOTICE I DIDNT DIRECT THAT WORD TOWARDS ANYONE, IM MEARLY STATING THAT THE WORD WAS USED.) than anti war rallies. maybe because the peace corp was viewed as a bunch of potheads who watched the news once and wrote a bunch of songs about it.

WOW THE LIBS BURN A FLAG AND PEOPLE CHEER WHERE WERE THE MEDIA ON THAT ONE

@itsneverthegovsfault problem with that is how do you complete what you started? There will always be conflict in Afghanistan, you're fighting an ideology not an army.

damn this is some scary stuff.

@loonmaniac Really? You think we couldn't have won the vietnam war? If we had gone in there to fight and win instead of just trying to defend it would have been a different story. I won't debate that we shouldn't have been there I think it is fairly clear that Johnson did it for political reasons. Once there though we have a responsibility to finish it. The fact that we shouldn't have been there in the first place has no bearing on that.

its war anarchists vs the tea party!

@itsneverthegovsfault If you knew the history of Afghanistan the people there have never submitted to a central authority. Was there mass slaughter when the Soviets left? What business is it of ours to continue this "war" ethier? How will we continue to pay for it when we are $14 trillion in debt?

@loonmaniac You are probably right we shouldn't have been but we where so how many Asians are worth every American life 1?10?100?1000? do you have any idea how many died after we tucked tail and run?
@48SunDancer The point of the video is to highlight the hypocrisy of the mainstream media when it comes to their portrayal of the leftists versus the tea partiers. That is the truth of the video.
The worst thing that our country did in Vietnam was leave the people of that country to be slaughtered. That is what will happen to the people of Afghanistan should we leave without establishing an Afghan government and military that can defend itself against the extremists.

@48SunDancer Yes, we do need to end the wars. But if you think that leaving the citizens of Afghanistan in the hands of the groups that think nothing of murdering women, raping children, and throwing acid on babies, then that makes us no better than them.
What amazes me is that the same people that condemn the way the Iranian government treats its citizens wants us to leave Afghanistan to the same fate. We are there now. We must complete what we started.
Vietnam has already shown us that.
