How To Make Taco Pie

This is a simple recipe I came up with trying to get rid of my corn tortillas( i always have a lot of tortillas)...this quickly became one of my hubbies favorite!

yup... i see this is basically the same... an this one of my husbands fav too. but you use salsa an use no tomatoe sauce.. i made it more like a lazonya. i going to make this version an its more like those taco bell mexican pizzas which i love plus i like how i can ccut it like a pie.. triangles... thank you babe

This was GOOD!!! Easy to make. If you know how to "Tweak" a recipe. You can add all kind of things.. To make it a little spicy. I cut 2 jalapenos in 1/2 took the seeds out, left the white part on it. took the 4 1/2's fried it with the meat mixture. Took OUT the 1/2 once mixture was done. It was Delicious!! Habaneros are too hot for me:)

ok if you do ever thing that you did in a oven pan but in between the layers put enchilada sauce so tortillas meat chesse enchillda sause then tort do that tow times you will have the best enchiladaz you ever had top it off wit chesse and sauce and bake 20 min do not roll them layer them like you did but in bakein pan

ok you can make enchiladaz jus like that all you do is and enchilada sauce on top of each layer tortillas meat chesse enchilada sauce i do not roll mine i love all the flavorz to cook wit eachother if you noe wat i mean top it jus like you did jus add the sauce then chesse if you think they like dat wait tail they try dis

@ladyrosie1983 Awwhh. I get them for free but hardly ever get them, but to cut down on grocery costs I will be incorporating tortillas, tacos, tostados (also get them for free) into my meals.
