ball joint puller - 2032

The ball joint puller is used for extracting various types of ball joints from the steering wheel mechanism in passenger cars.
It is a fully adjustable tool to fit ball joints with a jaw capacity of 23 mm, maximal height being at 53 mm. The tool is made of quality carbon tool steel.

Many steering arms have a flat machined right onto them where they WANT you to hit the arm with a hammer to free the tie rod stud from its conical cavity.

I always use a hammer and tie rod fallout at second hit!

I dont know about the american cars, but as for european cars i can hardly see that fit over any ball joint than the ones on the steering rods.

And for most wishbones the will hardly be able to put on.

Ill stick with my hammers and leavers.

i think i'd stick to my leaver bars and hammers; time is money..
