Thank you! Yup, it's the foam mat as seen in my 'preparing' vid :] it does tend to move a little bit when playing intense expert boss songs, but apart from that it barely moves :] I've never experienced sliding on any difficulty below expert/heavy.
And I always practice/play without bar, so I guess my body got accustomed to the chaotic balancing :p

@PWskates thanks! Got the mats from futuremax(dot)eu
but they only do shipping inside Europe, and I noticed you're in the US, so I'm afraid you won't be getting these unless you have contacts in Europe. Sorry. I've heard they're very similar (if not, the same) as the Ignition foam pads, so you could try do some research into those.
