A theatre performance premiered at Teatro Nacional D.Maria II in 2005.

About:
"5***** is a secret. We're going to whisper it into your hear. Because we want to tell you. We want to narrate it to you. Because the art of narration is in extinction. And by this we don't mean those stories that want to be themselves little and closed, but of the true narration, personal, therefore not repeatable, Intransmissible, of certain ideals, experiences and statements. "It is as if a capacity that seemed us inalienable, the most certain of them all, had been removed from us: the capacity to exchange experiences. One of the causes of this phenomenon is evident: the experience is in a crisis and it will continue like this indefinitely." (Walter Benjamin, O Narrador, 1936).
5***** wants by all means to do a celebration of the Theatre itself.
5***** is a performance that goes through the history of the theatre itself, through the history of Teatro Praga, that bestows, that appoints, that gives counselling as a prescription in how to build a 5***** show, that gives the audience the right to use words and expressions that no one uses anymore, that pursues its obsession of the Nietzschean nihilism (and why not, Artaud), and post-modernism of Derrida, the pursue of the sense and the language of Steiner, and Montaigne, Benjamin and Castoriadis, that switches the said with the unsaid, the crying with the laughing, the true with the false, confuses the names of everyone, that self-questions, that is going to tell you things without truly knowing about them, that is going to premier everyday every hour... And there is music, costumes, and smoke, lots of smoke (the eternal Portuguese dilemma)...
5***** it is an hour of celebration, of evoking old phantoms and provoking new ones.
'The narrator is the form under which the Just finds himself.' (W.B., ob. cit. ibid.)"
