Maybe she is very intellegent, but still, practise for piano could be very hard.
No one is born to play this. Practise makes perfect.

she probably play the Piano six hours a day and her parents keep on pushing her. She is a little girl let her have a normal life

Very nice, what makes this particularly impressive is that many of these runs are easy to play if you have big hands, but if you have smaller hands then the runs in this song because very difficult, yet she pulls it off with ease. Good stuff!
