Come on now, do u really think it was this 1 guy. And he just decided to try and make it look like it was terrrorists, and at the same time the congress was voting on the Patriot Act but no1 had time to actually read the Patriot Act cause it was so important to pass it because of the anthrax. 2 + 2 = 4
