it's wonderful to see you again sharon and with a really great lesson. those fat cow days can really throw you off your stride. i've only just started wearing heels again after having lost some weight. i've still got a ways to go but lifting myself "up" a bit has helped me feel more balanced. shoes are becoming fun again.  thanks for the tips. i'll definitely be using them. take care. barb

@northnailnut Wedges are the best way to go this season, if you need wider shoes then ninewest and hush puppies are great too

why do we get muffin tops Sharon? i only have 1 child so all the fat round my tummy cant be down to pregnancies, & no matter what i do i just cant shake that extra fat band off. btw im 43
