@atbbtb At the end of this video it says he is going to the hip and abdominal region. I am not sure whether or not that part is on YouTube... if it is I don't see it on the immediate 'related' side bar, I wonder if it could be posted as a reply... posting linked videos in a series as replies would aid in successive observation of fans.
Man I totally get what you mean about the tibia, mine get so sore sometimes that it's incredibly painful to try and stretch out the anterior tibialis muscles. It's just not as obvious and meaty as the calf group.
The knee traction at the start is interesting and makes me remember vids where I have seen people fiddling with the patellar mobility since it moves around well when the knee is extended. It feels really weird!
Also we can handle a bit of traction with gravity boots or dumbbell lifts.
