I really get the whole point of this video and I commend you for trying to get that point across to teenagers and young adults. It might have been more meaningful to have shown pictures of happy people who were very plain or ordinary looking. Most of the people you showed in the last section were fairly good looking people. Also, comparing old people who had plastic surgery to erase the effects of aging doesn't really drive your point home as much as say showing Michael Jackson before & after.
