Weddington High School - Union County NC @ Marvin Ridge High Preview

Preview show at Marvin Ridge was stopped due to rain. While in the gym, numerous bands join Weddington Band to pass time and play "Here we go, ride that pony" Awesome how other bands come together - not even knowing each other. These kids really stayed positive though most of their performances were cancelled cause of rain.

Marvin Ridge, Monroe & Parkwood HS students are there also. Hard to tell since most all T- Shirts are black. WHS has "Video Games" on back, MR had gray/orange, Monroe had red. For colorguard: WHS is in Maroon, Parkwood in Beige/Brown, and Porter Ridge in green. Yes, lots were from Porter Ridge & I wish PR didn't have to leave the game so soon. It was cool watching all the kids interacting rather than just being bored in the gym.

oh, man..I LOVE UC marching bands.. I graduated from Piedmont and now I'm on staff at marvin ridge.
