How to make THERMITE & Burn Test

150gr of thermite, composed of 1 part Aluminium and 2 parts Iron Oxide (III). It burns through two sheets of 5mm thick metal.
How to make is above, both powders have to be very fine, the finer the better, then they are both mixed together carefully and then out on a metal plate and a magnesium fuse is inserted.

Make sure you dont breathe in the aluminium dust, it SCARS your lungs, no-one mentions this in these kind of ivids :(

i think your aluminum is to fine try using 20 micron if you dont have it go to skylighter(dot)com
