Old 97s - "The Easy Way" - Good Records, Dallas, 5/31/08

The Old 97's performing "The Easy Way" of their new album "Blame it on Gravity" in Dallas, Texas. Before the song, Rhett Miller explained that the lyric "Big-D, little d, a.k.a. the city of hate" should not be interpreted to mean that the band doesn't like Dallas, its home town. He said he was just having a little fun with the lyric.

I think the album sounds really good. Salim Nourallah, who knows the band really well, produced it in his home studio.

i was there! couldnt get HOB tickets, but this turned out to be even better b/c i got pics with the guys and they signed my cd. :D
