Tap Dancing has so many steps that use different names but are the same sequence of steps... I was taught Hamiltons but have heard this also. :O)

So incredible the lessons... I can practice a lot, cause I don't have time to my tap classes... :(

It would be so much easier to have the heels the other way round, cos than you wouldn't have to shift your weight before the 'brush' backwards...

Thanks for the great tutorial!

Thank you for making learning this step so easy! ^_^

I was taught that this is called a Manhattan, but a lot of tap steps have multiple names, so....
-
its not a brush its a spank

That's A broadway..

This is called a weevil, a Manhattan, a Broadway, a Shirley Temple, and when I was taught they called it a lyndy... lol.. and I make sure my kids know that it is all of the above when I teach it so when they go to other artists they don't get their panties in a bunch. Works every time!

but people call steps different names all over. so a broadway was to you is a shirley temple to me!
