where u from i am just really getting into spinning, i have raved for 3 years but only really like half of one of them, back in 07. anyway i have a lot of friends who spin & they were always supposed to teach me but being in "isolation" is going to give me a lot more time to practice [did you like my lil pun there?] anyway wish we could meet up i am gonna be practicing with LED cone poi. i'll make vids when i get good enough to watch! -jake

im just learning, but with glow sticks, that hurt lol
