Bill and Melinda Gates projects are truly improving the wealth thats sure but the wealth of corrupt local project directors and etc...I swear I would not be saying this If I have not withnessed with solid evidence. Some of these corrupt guys are having a great party in 5star holidays in Jap at these days. After they received the project funds, these people started to purchhase thousand pound mobiles and special holidays. Corruption with Gates sources, Here we go :-(
