@ beerocked Lowndes got the fine for doing a burnout leaving the podium presentation. The new rule they bought in says that the winner of each race is permitted to do burnouts on the cool down lap, but only in a designated section of the track

@beerocked I think that was lowndsey, n they said if he does it again it will be doubled, they need to learn from NASCAR, boys have at it!
