At a press conference on Tuesday in St. Paul, clergy abuse attorney Jeff Anderson announces the settlement of a lawsuit with the Diocese of Crookston involving the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old girl by a priest on loan from India. The priest, Reverend Joseph Jeyapaul, who was also charged criminally by Roseau County authorities, is now a fugitive from justice and working in the active ministry in India. The victim, now 21, will disclose her identity at the news conference and release a disturbing petition showing her perpetrator around children in India where he is now in charge of 40 schools.
Very important to keep getting the message out. Thank You for your strength in coming forward.

1182 residents of India, some probably kids, all who probably don't know him or understand the seriousness of the charges against him in the US, signed a petition saying that Jeyapaul is innocent and unfairly charged.
It's a good thing the matter is being pursued, because it gives the Indian authorities a chance to stop an abuser from hurting more children.
