Hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my GF got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
4) Perform high intensity interval training.

I have a 6 pack and I'm 13 but my main secret was eating vegetables and fruit and train everyday like as i always do 150 sit ups in the morning, and ALWAYS DRINK YOUR MILK BEFORE GOING TO BED.

waist twist 2 sets, 50 reps leg raises 4 sets, 25 reps sit up twist 4 sets, 25 reps roman chair sit up 4 sets, 25 reps frog kicks 4 sets, 15 reps leaning twists 2 sets, 50 reps side bends 4 sets, 15-20 reps rest 1 minute between each set do this every day or every other day and eat right, high protein intake 30 mins after and bang, u have abs in a month or so you may not see them but they are there, if ur fat do cardio to remove the layer of fat over your abs to reveal them, job done!
How long would it approximatly take to get decent abs? :')
