  • Maybe you can do the research! Does the pectoralis major sternal portion do extension of the sholder? I dont think so... This is a good exercise if you respect the correct ROM that is 45º. If you do more than 45º it means that you are compensate whid your trunk and girdle

  • hyepr-extension!!!! continuation of extension beyond anatomical position,thats what its!

  • @krodoxk this is a good exercise for strengthening.

  • @rakelloira, you are stating the the shoulder only extends 45 degrees??? well the pectoralis major sternal portion does shoulder extension for the first 60 degrees of extension not to mention the other muscles that kick in for hyper-extension, maybe you should do some research before you decide to correct someone!
